Day 1: Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

Begin your Kilimanjaro climb through lush rainforest filled with monkeys and birdlife. The trail is gentle and well-defined, offering a smooth start to your fast-track summit adventure.

8km / 4-5 hrs Alt: 2,700m

Day 2: Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut

Transition into the moorland zone with stunning views of Mawenzi and Kibo peaks. The steady pace prepares you for higher altitudes as you gain elevation.

12km / 6-8 hrs Alt: 3,720m

Day 3: Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut

Cross the alpine desert known as the Saddle. This long trek brings you to base camp where you rest early in preparation for summit night.

10km / 6-8 hrs Alt: 4,700m

Day 4: Summit Push: Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak & Horombo Hut

Midnight summit attempt begins. Trek slowly to Gilman’s Point and continue to Uhuru Peak (5,895m). Celebrate your achievement before descending back to Horombo Hut for rest.

Day 5: Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate

Descend through moorland and rainforest to Marangu Gate. Receive your summit certificate and celebrate your Kilimanjaro achievement.
