Your Kilipori Safaris adventure begins as soon as you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport. One of our safari specialists will be waiting to welcome you before transferring you privately to your hotel in Arusha.

The drive takes approximately 1 hour, giving you your first glimpse of northern Tanzania. After checking in, we'll brief you about your upcoming safari, answer your questions, and ensure everything is ready before your adventure begins.

After breakfast at around 7:30 AM, we'll drive approximately 2.5 hours to Tarangire National Park.

Known for its impressive elephant population and centuries-old baobab trees, Tarangire offers an exciting introduction to Tanzania's wildlife. Your morning and afternoon game drives provide excellent opportunities to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, and more than 550 bird species.

We'll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing our exploration until late afternoon.

After breakfast around 7:00 AM, we travel toward the legendary Serengeti National Park through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands.

The drive takes approximately 5–6 hours, with scenic viewpoints and wildlife sightings along the route.

After entering Serengeti in the afternoon, you'll enjoy your first game drive across the endless plains, where predators and grazing animals share one of the world's richest ecosystems.

Experience: Scenic drive, afternoon Serengeti game drive, predator sightings.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti.

Leaving camp around 7:00 AM, your guide will take you to different wildlife areas based on recent animal movements. Depending on the season, you may witness lion prides, cheetahs hunting, elephants crossing the plains, or even the famous Great Migration.

We'll stop for a picnic lunch before continuing the afternoon safari until approximately 5:30 PM.

Experience: Full-day game drive, Big Five tracking, wildlife photography.

Enjoy an early breakfast before departing Serengeti for Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

After arriving at the crater rim, descend approximately 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable wildlife experience.

The crater offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, making it one of the best places to search for the endangered black rhino alongside lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, and hippos.

After your crater game drive, continue to your lodge for dinner.

Experience: Crater descent, Big Five safari, spectacular scenery.

After breakfast at approximately 8:00 AM, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for another exciting safari.

Although smaller than the Serengeti, Lake Manyara is incredibly diverse. Explore lush forests, open floodplains, and the alkaline lake that attracts thousands of flamingos during certain seasons.

Keep your camera ready for elephants, hippos, baboons, blue monkeys, and, if luck is on your side, the park's famous tree-climbing lions.

Experience: Scenic game drive, birdwatching, forest wildlife.

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha, arriving around lunchtime.

Spend the afternoon exploring the city's cultural attractions with your Kilipori Safaris guide. Visit local craft markets, artisan workshops, and authentic Tanzanian souvenir shops while learning about the history and culture of northern Tanzania.

This relaxed day provides the perfect ending to your safari before your international flight.

After breakfast, your private driver will transfer you from Arusha to Kilimanjaro International Airport.

The journey takes approximately 1–1.5 hours, and we recommend arriving at least 3 hours before your international departure.
